Jenn is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Somatic Coach, and Conscious DJ who helps people reconnect with the inner wisdom of their bodies through the power of the breath.
Her gift is bringing people together in experimental spaces to have deeply transformational experiences that incorporate breathwork, meditation, movement and music. She has led workshops with Google, Xero, WSIB and other large organizations.
Since she was a young girl she was always fascinated by bodies and how they moved and worked. Through her many years of struggling with chronic illness she was nudged to repair and heal her own relationship with her mind and body and has since helped thousands of people do the same.
She's passionate about living a full and expansive life rich with aliveness and knows that this is found through the journey into the body and beyond.
Breathwork

With a background of 10 years as a singer-songwriter, Avery has experience using her gifts in a wide-variety of settings. Whether it's live performance, recording music, facilitating workshops or private classes, Avery brings her soft-soul spirit to each.
Avery is completing a 2 year masters degree in art therapy from the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute. To Avery, creativity is access to the sacred within ourselves; our very most inner nature, while simultaneously an exploration of our relationships with our external world.

David is an entrepreneur and somatic leadership coach. Through thousands of hours of training in the Dance Alive system he has created embodiment programs for sales teams, men and individuals seeking personal and career transformation.
After building a successful real estate practice at a big Bay street brokerage, David underwent his own transformation and created the Grateful Den in 2023.
He is now leading men’s groups, weekly movement classes and building a community that is empowering people to transform from the inside out.
